#MORE RORY THIS SEASON PLEASE there’s such an awesome potential for his character to bring a new perspective to ~travelling in the TARDIS and it’s been like that since the start. after he first meets the doctor he goes off and researches about space and dimensions and shit and so he knows at least a little about the Doctor’s ~life and he first steps into the Tardis and he’s not surprised one bit, and that’s the thing about Rory, isn’t it? people are just constantly underestimating him ALL THE TIME but they really shouldn’t because this is a guy who accidently kills the girl he loves and then waits around for two thousand years because he can’t bear the thought of it, and i fucking HOPE alt!rory remembers that because it makes him older than the Doctor, technically, and i think with these companions Rory is the only one who can properly see the potential scope of harm the Doctor could inflict on them and he WON’T let that happen to his amy’s life and I SERIOUSLY HOPE HE WILL PULL RANK ON THE DOCTOR’S CRAZY ASS because Eleven has a tendency to just RUN with everything and i think Rory will be there to pull him to the safe ground because he’s not one of the ~~chosen ones~~, and he hasn’t had the Doctor in his life since he was a child like Amy, he’s chosen to travel with the Doctor just for the sake of it and I can’t see him letting the Doctor take massive risks like other companions have because they’re just stunned by the power of the Doctor. so yeah MORE RORY
